The RX GARAGE PROCESS
1. Grind
All floors are ground using a planetary Diamond Grinder which is dust free .
2. Repair
All cracks and divots will be filled to ensure your epoxy flooring is without flaws.
3. Primer Coat
We apply our vapor blocking Epoxy primer to the concrete floor.
4. Flake
All Epoxy and polyaspartic floors receive a full broadcast of blended flake.
5. Scrape
Garage Floors are scraped, sanded and vacuumed to remove excess flake.
6. Seal
Durable Polyaspartic protective topcoat is applied to your epoxy floor.

RX Epoxy primer Coat
every RX Garage Floor coating is built upon a moisture vapor blocking epoxy base coat. This product is designed to withstand the effects of moisture in the concrete over its lifespan.

​Our vapor blocking epoxy product is formulated to be applied directly to concrete and will exceed the limitations of all other resinous flooring products as a primer.

Polyaspartic coatings provide rapid return to service. In most instances be walked on in hours and returned to unrestricted use 24 hours after installation is completed.

Our Polyaspartic top coats are available in gloss and matte finishes. They can also be pigmented when a solid color floor is desired.

We do not recommend applying Polyaspartic directly to concrete. When used as an intermediate coating or as a top coat it leads the industry in performance.

polyaspartic may be applied at an increased thickness which alternative Urethane top coats generally can not.

We utilize a single application of polyaspartic. It is able to be installed at a rate which negates the need for multiple topcoat applications.

Systems utilizing two or more top coats create potential failure points. There is a window of time that subsequent coats must be applied to allow the layers to crosslink to each other.

A single application generally provides an "orange peel" finish when applied over floors with a full broadcast of flake. If a second coat is desired to eliminate texture and increase floor shine we meticulously sand the floor to de-gloss before applying. This ensures coats bond with one another.
